1- preparation of working papers for conferences , seminars, meetings locally , regionally and internationally having to do with the institute Activity in coordination with concerned organizations.                              

2- preparation for the attendance of conferences and meetings held by regional and international organizations in line with the institute Activity where Qatar is member

3- preparation of reports and responses requested by regional and international organizations in line with the institute Activities in coordination with concerned administrative units                                        

4- study and follow up on the implementation of regional and international recommendations on the institute Activities in coordination with concerned bodies in Qatar.                                                         

5- preparation of relevant reports on the participation of regional and international organizations in the development and support of the institute Activities in coordination with concerned bodies .                   

6- follow up on financial dues payment of the state in regional and international organizations of the institute Business in coordination with concerned bodies .                                                                    

7- study best ways on how to activate the institute Activities with regional and international organizations .                                             

8- collection of information and research issued by local , regional, and international organizations on the institute Activity and publish them for the purpose of making use of them .                                           

9- translation of documents , books , and scientific research and foreign correspondence concerned with the institute Tasks .
