Institute of Administrative Development [IAD] is one of the official hubs of expertise in the State of Qatar. Thanks to its specialized experts in the main fields of administrative development, it provides training programs, research studies / projects and consultations aimed at developing the Qatari society.

Based on Ameri Decision No(56) for the year 2009 to organize the administrative development institute, Article (2) : The institute is affiliated to the minister of state for council of ministers affairs, based on Doha.

The IAD chart comprises the following five departments:

Training & Rehabilitation Department
Planning and Development Department
Research & Consultation Department
International Cooperation Unit
Public Relations and Communication Unit

IAD provides expertise in the various fields of administrative development which cover research activities and consultations to most government institutions.

IAD research and consultancy studies / projects are carried out in accordance with the various requirements and operations of diverse institutions.

IAD experts provide also a number of training programs which are closely related to the above mentioned specializations.

The Institute of Administrative Affairs (IAD) and the Internal Security Force (ISF) called Lakhwia, have signed an agreement on training programmes for the senior and middle-level of ISF.The agreement was signed by the Director General of IAD Dr Rashid bin Ali al Dosari and the Director of the Training Department of Lakhwia Colonel Mahdi Motlaq al Qahtani.A statement issued here said the agreement is part of a series of memoranda of understanding and agreements signed by IAD with a number of government parties and private institutions that have expressed interest in training their personnel to acquire the required skills and capabilities to perform their duties.It said the deal demonstrates the confidence of the organisations in IAD’s capacity as a hub ...
